Information & Insights Team

The brains of our team! They're able to create, curate and innovate new solutions that make our programmes one-of-a-kind. You will be learning research skills, programme development and analytical thinking.

Business Development & Sales Team

It's not just about the talking, they're fantastic listeners! Everything about our clients - their needs, challenges and nuances are always known to us. You will be learning the very heart of corporate engagement through stakeholder management, sensing and presentation skills.

Training & Consulting Team

Truly the hands that make our vision into a reality! You might not see them a lot in the office because they're out there transforming lives on the ground. You will learn the end-to-end process of what it takes to be a good trainer. We're not talking about classroom training, be prepared to head into the jungle too!

My time with D Jungle People has been an unforgettable experience. I’ve learned so much, from picking up basic tasks from my colleagues to helping facilitate training programmes with the trainers. The people here are incredibly kind and friendly, and the office is always filled with joy and laughter. We celebrate every success, big or small, so there's never a dull day at work. Overall, I’ve gained a lot of valuable experience and personal growth, and I’m grateful to have been part of such a great team.

I joined DJP in May 2022 as an intern and was hired as a full time employee in the same year. Joining DJP is like a career dream come true and it has been an amazing experience thus far. In a span of two years, I have experienced so much personal growth. I've worked with teams and leaders from various levels and industries and there is always something to learn from every person I meet.

If you're looking for an internship, just know that you're allowed to be confused for being a corporate employee for the first time in your life! In DJP, everybody you meet is willing to teach everywhere as long as you're willing to be a sponge! Furthermore, timely and non-judgmental feedback is given for the mistakes that you are bound to make. The more you do, the more you learn! DJP also has a workplace culture that ensures personality and cultural differences are mutually understood and respected; there is never a single "perfect" mold to fit into. As a past intern, I can confidently say that the programme is likely to prep you with the essential skills you need for any professional role you're aiming for in the future, so bring the energy of a youth and your bright ideas and apply to DJP's internship programme now!

My two-month internship at D Jungle People in 2017 was a really fun and rewarding experience! I worked in the Information and Insight Department under Mi Lin's supervision, and I got to dive into projects that taught me a lot about the training industry. Our supervisors were very much involved in our daily tasks and made sure we learned as much as possible during our time there. The atmosphere at DJP really encouraged me to grow both professionally and personally. Overall, this internship was a fantastic opportunity and a great stepping stone before starting my career after graduation.

My internship has been nothing short of transformative. Stepping into this role, I anticipated learning the basics of sales, but what I experienced far exceeded my expectations. Throughout my internship, I’ve had the opportunity to not only witness but actively participate in the intricate dynamics of sales—where strategy meets human connection. Additionally, I assisted in several corporate training sessions, gaining valuable insights into what a career in the training industry might look like if I were to pursue it in the future. The mentorship and support from the team were outstanding. I wasn’t just an intern; I was a valued member of a team that was filled with positivity and good vibes. I was empowered to think critically, act decisively, and contribute meaningfully to the company's goals. This experience has not only strengthened my confidence but has also solidified my passion for the field of human resources.
